The problem
Shipping protection and product warranties are sold at checkout in seconds and then administered by email for months. The claim, the evidence, the fraud check and the refund all happen somewhere other than the store, usually in an inbox.
What we built
- A protection and warranty product that attaches at checkout, built on Shopify’s current checkout and customer-account extensions rather than the legacy scripts.
- A claim flow the customer completes in their own account area, with the merchant’s review queue on the other side.
- Automated fraud signals and refund handling, so routine claims resolve without a human and unusual ones get flagged for one.
